Following is a list of supplies that we have available for collectors of postal history and postcards, including sleeves, albums, pocket pages, storage boxes, category dividers, place markers and corner mounts. Each item is preceded by a six-digit item number. Please order by item number and description.
The most common question that we are asked about our supplies is: "Are they safe for storing my collection?"
We are in the business of selling old covers and postcards, so we are just as concerned about preserving those items as collectors are. All of the storage products that we carry are designed for safe long-term protection of covers and postcards. We would not handle any products that would damage them.

We regret that we're unable to send "bill with" orders, but that just adds to the paperwork, and we've got plenty to do without the extra load. Exceptions: If you're a long-time customer of ours, and you're experiencing some kind of major "supplies emergency" that won't allow you to wait a couple of extra days, give us a phone call (309 / 786-6539) and we'll discuss the possibilities.
We do not accept CHARGE CARDS, and
HERE'S WHY: Card companies would take about 5 percent
off the top of whatever we sold. We don't feel like giving it
to them, and we would rather not raise all of our prices just
for the sake of handling charge cards. (Before you write and tell
us that we can negotiate a better deal than 5 percent, we know
that. But whether it's 3 or 4 or 5 percent, we still don't feel
like raising the prices to "cover" it, as they say.)
We were accepting payments through an online payment service for
awhile, but then they started charging for their services, too.
Maybe things will change someday.

THESE PRODUCTS are shipped directly to you from TWO DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS. You may mix your order WITHIN a category to meet the minimum order and for quantity pricing for that category ONLY. That is, any STANDARD SIZE boxes can be ordered in mixed quantities to meet the 5-box minimum for that category, or to get the 11-lot or 25-lot pricing for that category. postcards and covers to their proper categories. For CATEGORY DIVIDERS,
SEE ABOVE.
Our FLEXI-CARD PLACE MARKERS were designed by
a long-time postcard dealer who wanted to create the PERFECT place
marker. These plastic markers are thin and flexible, but sturdy
and strong, with safe, rounded corners. NO MORE cracks, breaks,
splits or creases in your markers. NO MORE cuts and scrapes on
your hands. Whatever else you might be using as place markers,
they just can't be as good as our FLEXI-CARD
